Buying nuts online from The Nut Lady Australia is simple and easy!
We ship the east coast of Australia using Australia Post.
We ship all orders placed before 5pm AEDT on any business day, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and Christmas / New Year period, within three to five business days. All orders placed on the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed within two to four business days.
After your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking information to track your delivery.
It’s simple to calculate the shipping rate for your order:
- Add your items to the shopping cart
- Go to your shopping cart
- Enter the shipping details
- Click Estimate Shipping
Your total shipping rate will be calculated based on the total weight of your order and the shipping destination. All shipping rates are inclusive of GST.
If the total weight of your order is over 20kg, we will need to split the delivery into multiple parcels.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
All orders placed before 12.00pm AEDT on any business day, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and Christmas / New Year period your order will be shipped within two business days. Special delivery times will apply during Christmas / New Year period.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
Yes, we can ship to your nominated PO Box address using Australia Post only.
DO YOU SHIP TO PARCEL LOCKERS?
Unfortunately we cannot ship to Parcel Lockers.
WHAT IF I’M NOT AVAILABLE TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY DURING BUSINESS HOURS?
If you are not available to accept the delivery during business hours, you can choose to have the package left at a designated area outside your home. Please note that choosing this option will be at your own risk as we will not be liable for any loss or damage. We recommend that you provide us a work address or similar, where someone will be available to accept the parcel.
